Q: What is your returns/refund policy?
A: There is no return/refund on custom painted items, since these are made specifically for you. This is why it is the buyer's responsibility to give the correct size and shipping information.
For printed apparel and accessories, if there is a quality control issue, please email me the problem. My main concern is always the customer's happiness with their order. If there is an issue with shipping, please email me as well. I will always respond back within 24 hours.
Q: Can I send you my own items to paint?
A: No, all of my shoes are ordered directly from the manufacturer, the cost of the new shoes is in your price. This allows them to be free of dirt, grease and anything else that would hinder the paints durability to last. The only exception is if a customer uses orthopedic shoes, and I need to see the shoes and know the material the uppers are made of before they can be shipped.
I will allow handbags/wallets to be mailed, but they must be in like new quality and shipping insurance and tracking must be put on the item when shipped to me.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: .Yes, I charge $60 for international shipping on shoes and ship to most major countries
Q: What happens if my painted items get wet?
A: All of my paints and sealers are made for you to use and wear! They can go into water as well, so no worries if you get caught in a downpour, your painted items will be perfectly safe. All items come with an aftercare card that includes easy care instructions.
Q: What if I don't know my shoe size?
A: Correct shoe size is the responsibility of the buyer and no refunds or returns will be accepted for incorrect fit. Please try on the brand/size of shoe prior to ordering to make sure you get the correct fit. Kid's shoes are suggested to order a size up from current size to make sure they fit once delivered.
Q: How long is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround time (time from payment to delivery) for painted items varies from 8-11 weeks, but is never longer. Printed apparel and accessories usually eliver about 3-4 weeks after ordering. Feel free to message me at anytime and I will happily update you on the progress of your item!
Stickers, magnets and ready to ship items are shipped out within 2-3 business days of their purchase (unless otherwise noted on the product page)
Q: Can I see a layout of what my design will look like?
A: Of course! Send me the details of what you'd like on your product and I will make you a mock-up proof of it to make sure everything is where you'd like it to be before starting!
Q: Can I get the same shoe design as you have done before?
A: All of my unique artwork is one of a kind! (unless it is a scene directly from a movie, those can be repeated). This keeps each piece a one of a kind and special to it's owner. I will happily adjust design ideas to fit your specific desires and requests, that way each it is uniquely YOURS.
